I ordered a few things from earthstore.in, the tracking was the most annoying part. It just kept showing “packed” for days, and then out of nowhere it changed to “out for delivery” without any real updates in between.

The products did arrive in the end, but I had to keep checking and basically guessing what was going on. Support also took a while to reply, so yeah, not a terrible experience, but definitely not as smooth as I expected.

"Cancellation went smoothly, I think"
I cancelled my order on earthstore.in it was a lot less stressful than I expected. The refund update took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but customer support did reply and got it sorted in the end. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, though it could definitely be a bit faster. That’s a fair take, right?

"Lots of options to choose from"
I liked how many different products there were to pick from. If you enjoy comparing options or aren’t totally sure what you want yet, it’s really nice. It might feel like a bit much if you’re just trying to grab one specific thing quickly, but overall the variety was a plus for me.

I was a bit disappointed. The finish looks rough, and the material feels cheaper than I thought it would. Come on now, I expected it to look and feel a little better for the price.

I ordered a few things from earthstore.in, they showed up just like they were described. I always get a little suspicious with online shopping because photos can be tricky, and then you start wondering about size, material, all that stuff. But in this case, everything matched up well. The look was right, the material felt as mentioned, and there weren’t any random surprises when I opened the package. So yeah, overall I’m happy with what I got

I found earthstore.in easy to use, honestly. The pages loaded fine for me, and I didn’t have to dig around forever just to find what I wanted, which is more than I can say for a lot of sites that almost seem to hide things on purpose.
Browsing and checkout were smooth, and the layout was simple in a good way. Nothing felt overly complicated or annoying, so overall it was a good experience.
